• CYOW collects personal information about you when you engage in transactions with us and allow yourself to abide by our rules and governing policies. We may combine the information we obtained from you with that of the information you gave to the companies who are in partners with us and with whom you also made a deal with.
• CYOW may have signed in many subscribers, but we do not neglect them. Everybody is a customer, and thus everybody has a name. We may collect personal information and sometimes even important details regarding you (e.g. Social Security Number, etc.) once you engage in business with us, but rest assure that those records are kept privately.
• We collect and record any transactions you made with us, which also includes information about your use of our financial products and services.
• We instantly receive and record information on your server log to our server logs from your browsers
• We use any information we received from you to: have a means to contact you, acquire data for research purposes, improve our services and provide reports and information to clients.

INFORMATION SHARING DISCLOSURE

• It is against our rules to share your personal accounts with people and companies who are not our partners. The main core of acquiring your information is to provide the products and services you are interested in. Under the following instances:
  1. We share your information with trusted partners who have in behalf dealt with our privacy policies. This information and connections might help CYOW promote products. However this firms and groups do not have independent rights to your information, thus it is still under our consent.
  2. We always ask the parent’s consent whether they allow their children, who are under the age of 13, to give us the necessary information we need for us to provide the services being asked for.
  3. We always establish legal and right methods. We respond to proper authorities regarding legal claims.
  4. We also hold the rights that your information can be subjected to investigation when you are into illegal activities or things that hold threat to certain people or interests.
  5. We transfer information about you if our company will be merged or will be in partners with certain companies, firms and corporations, in cases like these- we always notify our clients before implementing the said activity.
• We advertise based on personal information that we collect from you. It is already presumed that people who click on the ads in their browsers are knowledgeable enough and know that they are the targeted market for that certain ad.
  1. Any interaction with the ad already signifies your consent that you are the targeted market.
  2. Our advertisers include banks, stores, insurance companies, health concerns, etc.

FLEXIBILITY ON ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND REFERENCES

• You can edit your accounts and marketing preferences at any given time.
• Users of the marketing page may opt to receive future marketing communications from time to time, or they can unsubscribe if they are not interested with it.
• We hold the right to relay certain communications relating to announcements and other service concerns.
• You are free to delete your account if you are not interested in our services anymore.

CHILDREN

• Children under 13 years of age should be supervised and guided by parents or guardian.
• We will not contact clients who are under the age of 13 without parents consent.
• We also do not encourage children under the age of 13 to participate with our activities or promotions.
• Parents hold the right to edit or delete messages that concerns the well being of their children under the age of 13.
• If parents decided not to let us use their child’s information, they can always unsubscribe and delete their accounts.
